How much is shipping? 

We offer free shipping within North America. We ship outside of NA at an additional cost. 

Where's my tracking info? 

Your tracking info will be updated on your order status and details once it's been marked as shipped. 

When will my purchase arrive? 

We ship out your order within 48 hours of your purchase. We ship from Ottawa, Ontario so how long your product will take to get to you will depend on your location. On average it takes about a week. 

It is up to the receiver to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided and that you are there to receive your item. VTG LUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Will there be duties to pay? 

The price for shipping does not include customs or duties fees, so if you live outside of Canada you may be subject to paying the customs fees.
